At BLACKPINK OFFICIAL STORE (NA), we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion and merch purchases; items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all official tags and protective layers are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
